By using SAVÙ, creating an account, submitting content or purchasing a plan, you agree to these Terms. You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter into a contract.

SAVÙ is a bilingual editorial and discovery website about the Riviera. It publishes editorial content and lets eligible professionals create and manage place listings. SAVÙ does not sell or process transactions between visitors and listed places and does not act as a marketplace or payment intermediary. External links lead to third-party websites governed by their own terms.
Account information must be accurate and kept up to date. You are responsible for your login credentials and account activity. We may verify, reject or suspend an account or listing where reasonably necessary for security, non-payment, false information, unlawful use or a breach of these Terms.
3. Content and acceptable use
You keep ownership of content you submit. You give SAVÙ a non-exclusive, worldwide and royalty-free licence to host, format, translate, display and promote that content as needed to operate SAVÙ and the relevant listing. You confirm that your information is accurate and that you hold all required rights and permissions.
Do not submit illegal, misleading, harmful, infringing or malicious content; impersonate others; interfere with the website; send spam; manipulate statistics; or attempt unauthorized access. We may edit presentation, reject or remove content. A paid plan does not guarantee traffic, customer enquiries, revenue, ranking or a positive editorial review.
4. Paid subscriptions and Paddle
Features, billing periods and current prices are shown on the Plans & Pricing page and at checkout. Unless stated otherwise, each plan covers one place. Monthly or yearly subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.
Paddle is the authorized reseller and Merchant of Record for paid purchases. Paddle processes payment, taxes, receipts, renewals and transaction-level refunds. Your purchase is also subject to the Paddle terms shown at checkout. SAVÙ does not receive or store complete payment card details.
You can cancel from your SAVÙ Billing page or from the management link in Paddle’s email. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the paid billing period and does not automatically create a refund. Refund requests are handled under our Refund Policy, Paddle’s rules and mandatory law.
5. Availability and responsibility
SAVÙ is provided on an “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or the accuracy, availability or quality of third-party places and services. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not responsible for indirect loss or for events outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms limits rights or liability that cannot legally be limited.
Applicable law governs these Terms. Any mandatory consumer protection rules and legally required courts remain fully available. We may update these Terms when the service, Paddle’s requirements or the law changes; the effective date above identifies the current version.
